Our Team

DR. Ashlee Barr
Veterinarian
Ashlee Barr attended veterinary school at the University of Georgia, graduating in 2010. She pursued an internship at an equine referral center in Ocala, Florida and then joined the mixed animal practice in Seneca, South Carolina. Her love for animals took her to the island of Puerto Rico where she spent three years practicing mixed animal medicine and surgery as well as a heavy focus on education. She was then able to combine her love for travel and veterinary medicine, working at clinics around the globe. She was first introduced to Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine in Guatemala. She then pursued certification through the Chi Institute after seeing how TCVM benefited her own dog, Deuce. Dr. Barr lives in Simpsonville with her husband, Philip, their son, Everett, and daughter, Iris. Their dog, Lexi, and cat, Decaf, love the benefits of having an acupuncturist Mom!
